本食品於雪藏前已煮熟,無需解凍,直接於沸水加蓋煮約5分鐘,隔水即可食用。

建議食用方法:
青椒炒三條肉(牛/墨/蝦條)
直接熱鍋後炒三條肉30-50秒,加入蒜蓉、辣椒、豆豉拌炒,沿鍋邊加醬油,再加入青椒炒10秒後,加蔥和一點水炒乾,完成

保存方法: 請雪藏於-18℃
