馬蹄切粒,土魷豬肉丸解凍後壓扁,把馬蹄粒釀入土魷豬肉丸中,加油熱鑊,將土魷豬肉丸放入煎30秒,用鑊鏟壓平,翻另一面煎1分鐘,可加入很少量水,蓋上蓋煎1分鐘,完成。

保存方法: 請雪藏於-18℃
