烹煮方法:
本食品於雪藏前未煮熟,需要解凍,解凍後於沸水煮約4分鐘,隔水即可食用。

解凍方法:
食用前一天置於雪櫃(攝氏0-4度),解凍12小時效果最佳,或蓋上保鮮袋後,放於自來水中解凍2小時。

建議食用方法:
XO醬爽滑鮮製墨魚滑蒸豆腐
豆腐用匙羹挖淺洞,手沾小許水將墨魚滑搓成餅狀(任何形狀)放在豆腐上,大火蒸6分鐘至墨魚滑熟透,倒去水份,加入XO醬、豉油及蔥花,完成。

保存方法: 請雪藏於-18

 

Serving Instruction:
This Product has not cooked before frozen and it has to be defrost before eating. Defrost the product and cook it under boiling water around 4 minutes. Drain the water and enjoy. Add into boiling water directly for five minutes, drain the water and enjoy.

Defrost Method:                                                                                                                  Place the product under the fridge at 0-4 degree celsius before eating. Deforst the product for 12 hours would be the best, or cover the product under the food bag and place it under running water for two hours.

Direction:
XO sauce cuttlefish with steamed tofu
Place some tofu with the shrimp paste with water and rubb in different shapes. Steam the cuttlefish paste for 6 minutes. Drain any excess water and add XO sauce, soy sauce and chopped green onion. Finished.

Storage Instruction: Frozen under -18℃ to use."
